Appreciate that pharmacies are incredibly stretched at the moment, but don't choose this pharmacy under any circumstances. Openly ignore the phone when you ring them; never send text reminders; they repeatedly lie about missing prescriptions blaming the 'GP didn't send it'. It's a well-orchestrated trick that they hammer down your throat, until you verify with your GP that it was sent and then you try and ring again...obviously to no answer...and magically the text has appeared.

Anne Veasey - a complaint has been filed with Boots Customer Safety team. You are the store manager and the buck stops with you. Not only have I overheard you verbally abusing elderly patients, but the reason for your torrid language was due to your STAFF having failed to order medication for the umpteenth time. The reason this is so troubling is because I've seen repeat cases of medication left unordered, not to mention it happening to me. You respond by disconnecting the phones and ignoring calls. A disgrace. Hopefully this can be dealt with by someone senior within the customer safety department.

Pretty much every month there is a mix-up in one way or another. And of course the rude staff don't help. Absolute shambles. It's no wonder the queues are half way up the street....

Ordered my prescription a week ago. Today was told by this pharmacy that the prescription won't be ready for three more days. I'm running out of my medication tomorrow and so I guess I will be having withdrawals from my medication. Absolutely no care for people. Horrible service.

Always seems to open late, which is a nightmare if you're waiting on important prescriptions. They hardly ever contact you to let you know if the prescription is there, meaning you have to go and queue (if they're open on time). Some days they just don't bother opening at all, with no notice, like today.

One member of staff is so rude I don't want to deal with her anymore. Only one person allowed in the shop, and fully masked. They still keep very strict covid rules.
