arrogant, rude and easily rattled by minor requests. if you've done some research on a particular medication and need to explain a nuanced situation, do not expect any support from their insolent staff. they stonewall you at every single opportunity, even if you have more information that can help you resolve things more quickly. and btw: lack of funding and overstretched staff is a very REAL concern, but try telling that to them with their extended lunch hours. The staff's favorite rouse is the blame game; they will immediately (and without blinking) blame the GP surgeries for prescriptions that don't arrive, when its mostly their lazy staff who simply can't be bothered to look into it any further. If you don't pushback on them, they will happily tell you to come back the next day. rinse. repeat. rinse. repeat. This review is the summation of two years' worth of mishandling and a complaint has been submitted about one particularly obnoxious staff memeber

This is no reflection on Kenilworth and the people who work here it?s just the company boots , it has changed ingredients in its products without advertising it so you wouldn't know unless you compared your box and bottles you through away to the new ones you buy, there changing pictures on product only aiming it at one kind of humans and upping there price. There is no need to do all of this but to rip of customers, well I don't care for being ripped off so I will take my thousands pounds a year and go to superdrug or savers or someone online.

Rather slow service because they don't seem to have enough staff to cope with the very high demand for prescription collection. The staff are very helpful.

Ordered a prescription over one week in advance, more than enough time to order it in , went to collect and they only gave me half of it, telling me I need to go in the next day when I specifically went on a weekday rather than Saturday weekend because they close early on a Saturday. No apologies for giving me half even though it was ordered well ahead of time. Went again several days later and they still didn?t have it, supplier issues, no one contacted me to let me knowThey need to put clearly the different opening hours within the store. So the pharmacy opening hours are different to the main shop

Warning! Over the counter medications are dealt with in the same queue as people picking up prescriptions. Had a 20 minute wait today. If you don't need a prescription probably better to use another chemists in Kenilworth.

All Pharmacy staff disappear at lunchtimes. It was Closed today between 12.30 - 1.30pm. It was closed yesterday at a different time. Despite asking them to save people making unnecessary journeys, they refuse to put up adequate closure signs. Nobody picks up the phone when I ring to check before setting off. Customer Service??

Talisman square store is pretty good. It?s a shame Boots Warwick House store opposite Abbey Medical Centre closed down(The little store next to Gentry Men?s Hair Salon) It had a lot of customers. Perhaps you could bring back Boots Kenilworth Warwick House

Phoned to check when my regular prescription would be available to pick up as only had 1day left. Also asked if a prescription had been sent from the surgery and was told no it hadn't. Asked if I called in in the afternoon would they both be ready and was told yes. Went in 2.45pm and asked for my 2 prescriptions and was told that even though she had the items in her hand I'd have to wait 1hr to get it. Then I was told that my regular one wouldn't be due until tomorrow so did I want to wait the 1hr or collect it with the one tomorrow. Told them I was told I that I was told that I would be able to get them together today. Walked out without anything after after being made to feel like I was lying and it was my fault I only had a day of meditation left.

Some staff are brilliant, but some will follow you round the shop like they would a known criminal and make you feel incredibly uncomfortable. And with 10 minutes before closing time they've shut their doors and not let anyone in. Update: Pete, the bald one is an absolute melt and needs firing. Yet, one girl - haven't caught her name yet - is amazing and even went so far as to compliment my clothes, should be calling this store Bipolar Boots.

Staff are friendly and helpful enough when you go into the store - what I find difficult to understand is why they never, ever answer the phone. Surely a pharmacy should have someone available to get advice, find out if prescriptions are ready etc? I have to collect medication for various people - it would be really helpful if I could check on the phone before having to keep going in, often to find out it isn't ready yet, thus having yet another wasted journey

My daughter ordered an item on click & collect, went to collect after receiving the mandatory email/text and was told there was nothing there. She was humiliated by the female staff member (in front of 2 other staff members) and told she had the wrong text. She contacted customer care and was told the goods had been delivered. She returned to the store to be told once more that the goods were not there and she had the wrong text, again spoken to like she was stupid. When she asked what she has to do to get her goods she was told to speak to Customer Care and it was not their problem. Tried calling the store many times but no response and cut off each time after 3 minutes ringing. Tried to speak to Customer Care - 30 minute wait. Only channel of communication is via Twitter. Thought Boots were better than this - disappointing and zero customer care or awareness.
