I arrived at this post office to renew my driving licence. From entering the post office to leaving , I was very pleased with everything I saw. All the staff were friendly,the process was made easy for me and the place seemed to be clean and well stocked. I'll go there again and I live in Nuneaton!

Friendly staff, however seemed to have extremely poor knowledge of first adult passport application. I went for a check and send paper service with my naturalisation certificate and my previous nationality passport. The lady kept asking me for my and my parents birth certificate!! She had no idea as to how a ?naturalisation certificate? works, as I am on a work visa as a junior doctor, and then acquired my settlement visa, and that this a completely different route from ?naturalisation by birth?. I was charged £16, and had to just leave, as realised there was no point explaining! I went to Coventry post office, and applied again via check and send, and got my British passport within 12 working days!!Please train the staff better as it?s a paid service. But I understand it just needs a refresher training, and I?m sure you?ll look into it.

The worst post office I have been to. Lost my parcel even though the trace and track suggests it is still at their premises. The customer service skill by the assistant Latta was shocking. Rude, unhelpful and condescending. Avoid unless you would like your parcels to go missing

Some of the women works in this post office are so rude, talk to customers as they wish and raising their voices unnecessarily.....they shouldn't work in post office!!

This post office is a great place to go it is very spacious and well set out. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and always very helpful and willing to help you with any forms you are struggling with. The shop is well stocked with everything you need to send your post.

Rude and arrogant staff. Specially guy name Mike. I went there to post my item which he refused to accept it because on postage label which paid online there is no weight printed. I have been posting exactly the same way by other post offices with out any issue. Eventhough in the same post I have posted few times. Very rude and I said asked to give me in writing they refused this as well
