Unfortunately the county counsellor Lovett has been a nightmare to work with, she doesn't respond to messages, or emails and that's to anyone and from anyone including the MP who emailed and left messages but she refuses to respond. I was informed that she doesn't have to respond to anyone that she doesn't want to. I wonder what we are actually paying her to do..

Complete wast of time they don't listen to you and if you can get to speak to someone they still don't get the problem resolved. What am I paying my council tax for if you not getting the service. If I cancel my council tax they will soon be trying to get the money back from you.

On strike!!! What a joke. Why do we pay for a service we don't get. Just paid £35 for green bin and it won't be emptied for the foreseeable. You have the cheek to ask us to go to the household waste tip with our own rubbish. 4pm no signs of the bin being emptied. Sack the lot of you and we'll take our own rubbish but don't ask us to pay council tax. I lived in a few parts of the country but Wrexhan Council are the worst.

I can see why you have a low rating..pick up the phone !!!! At least my god...what ever happened to talking with a human ..my council tax goes up every year and you can't pick up the phone....it's a shame we can't bring back public stonings or other medieval practices for the people in charge ! Then you would pick up the phone ...,

Absolutely shocking, the number and size of potholes in the Wrexham area is ridiculous. Report them and the report just gets closed. What is the point!
