I had the unfortunate experience of running out of fuel a mile away from this gas station. Thankfully, I found this Shell garage open during Xmas and was greeted by young lad Ridwan, who went above and beyond to help me out. Despite forgetting my bank card in car, this lad showed incredible kindness and understanding. He trusted my situation and advised me to come back after fixing my car. This level of empathy and customer service is truly commendable. I highly recommend the Shell garage, and especially, for their exceptional care and support. Life saver ??

Standard Shell with usual "high" garage prices. Toilets clean as usual. Friendly attendant. Not much more to say.

Shell Wrexham - Visited here for fuel on Wednesday 8/11/23 at about 11pm. Got myself into a sticky situation in which I put fuel in the car only for my bank card to be declined.I forgot I had put a temporary freeze on my card.Worst of all my phone battery was completely dead to login to my online banking and rectify it and I could not find my car charger. So I was in a bit of trouble at that point.I had my actual plug in charger though so I asked the man on shift through the hatch if he could be so kind to plug my phone in just for 5 minutes only.He agreed which I thought was great as he didn?t have to do this and could have easily left me stranded.Whilst I waited I watched him working through the window for a minute and was immediately impressed by the clear effort he was putting in to his work on the shop floor by himself. I work in a shop myself and these type of staff members are hard to come by.So I just wanted to come on here in hope that the man who helped me individually gets the recognition he deserves from Shell as I could?ve been anyone up to no good at that time of night and I thought he handled it very well whilst still working hard.Big praise and a big thank you ?.

DON'T order anything from uber eats from This place, your order is ALWAYS Missing items,they are ridiculously overpriced and when you visit there the same day they have them items they supposedly didn't have in stock. Its down to pure laziness on the staff who are on at the time

Turned away 9 cars from using the pump fuel due to him waiting him to have his break , after I put fuel in my car , had to wait to pay till he finished his break whilst he sat there eating a ban nan and make a coffee, rude man won?t be using this place again , never heard or seen anything like this

Competitive prices even compared to supermarkets but better quality fuel, friendly smart staff. Toilets available 5am until 11pm. Open 24 hours and cash machine on site.

I only buy Shell fuel, and this fuel station is competitively priced. Having the fill up and go service is handy to avoid the queues inside.
