Love coming here - all the staff are so welcoming. I have come to Glow a couple of times, for a dermaquest facial with Isobel. She is so professional and lovely throughout the whole treatment. She even advised me on some skin care products that would be good for my specific skin type, which I found really useful! Thank you!

I was made to feel so very welcome by all the staff and especially Anne Marie. I had received a Christmas gift voucher, but as I?m not very knowledgeable about spa type treatments.I was just going to book some sort of facial on line, but in attempting to do so I noticed that they had free in house consultations available ? and I booked one. I have a very knotted back, had the exfoliation and full massage. My back felt soo much better. Have been recommended to have the warm stones, so booked in for that next week. Staff very professional and friendly. A win for me!

Excellent customer care. Went for waxing - a special, hard wax was used vs strips- very eco friendly and the Abbie, the beautician, was excellent - very particular about the job and ensured a comfortable and quick service. Many thanks.

Although I was disappointed because I couldn't have the CACI treatment owing to a medical condition, I really enjoyed the alternative. Niki was attentive to my comfort throughout and enabled me to relax. My skin looks and feels glowing and I have booked another of the same treatment for next month as well as treating myself to the peptide eyecream.My only suggestion for my next visit: a little more relaxing music or a lot less annoying pigeon!
