What an absolute gentleman. Carl fixed/re-secured my rear bumper (after I had a tussle with a hidden post !) He was happy to do this ?as a favour/free of charge? even though he didn?t know me! He even used a heat machine to get the ?dink? out.15 minutes and all done.Thank you Carl, you are the best.

Brilliant customer service, my mother has recently had her car fixed and resprayed, she's very pleased with the job Carl has done, he quoted half the price of a main dealer and reduced the price even more when he returned her car as he didn't need some part ordered, all in all a very genuine guy who has done a good job and provided great service!
