Laura was my first contact in the opticians, she was cheerful, helpful and very professional in her role. Peter was the optician who carried out my eye test. He too was thoroughly professional, had excellent communication skills and explained everything very well during the eye test. In addition he had a very friendly manner and a good sense of humour
