I used these yesterday. I opted for the full platinum valet. When I collected my car I was really happy with the job they had done.Today, when using the passenger door I've noticed that they've removed all of the peel from the door frame. It looks awful and has ruined the cosmetic look of the car.As I don't use the passenger side, it's taken until now to notice it, so obviously they won't do anything about it. I'm absolutely gutted because it's going to cost a fortune to get the car rewrapped.I'd recommended these to a few people upon collecting my car. I've since had to warn them away from the place.Think twice before going here.

I have been using this car wash for some time now charged £20 went today 13th September and was charged £25 for doing the same job as before this time blaming the dog hair which as always been there won't be going back there anymore

Do not go to this place I dropped off my car around 1.30 on Friday was told around 2 hours my car would be ready went back about 3.15 to collect my car got told here u go sir your car on to see damage to my car that was not there when I dropped it off there then told me it got damaged on the car park where I dropped it off I could see my car from the Asda cafe and nobody parked next to my car so will not take my car back there again going to coast me more to fix the marks on my car then it did cleaning it please check your car and take pictures of your car before u hand them your keys and if there damage your car I have pictures before and afterService: Auto detailing

I took my car today at 1.30pm and asked to collect at 3.30pm as I was working. Car was done in that time and cost £20. Done a really good job both inside and out and would definitely take car again.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Triple confirm the price before handing over your car otherwise your hatchback becomes a 4x4 when you collect it. Management changed recently causing unfair charges than advertised.

Check that the price when you hand over your keys is the same as the price when you collect.My car went from£8 agreed price to £10 collection price.Seems like my car increased in size during the wash!!Won't go there again!!Service: Clay bar treatment
