The worst service ever- don?t bother going there - go to boots!!I arrived at 3.50pm, I was 2nd in line it took me 10 minutes to be served as no one on the desk all of them out the back. When I was finally served I explained that I wanted some advice as my 2 year old son is unwell at home. I was told to take a seat the pharmacist will be with me in 10 minutes, 10 minutes past the same girl came back to me and asked what I was waiting for I said again advice about a sick child, she said nothing and disappeared out the back. I waited another 10 minutes by this time lots of people had been in and out. I called to the back of desk to ask how long it would be. The girl came back and said I?m really sorry the pharmacist is too busy. As you can imagine I was extremely annoyed as if this was the case I wish I would have been told 25 minutes earlier as I would not have wasted my time. It wouldn?t have taken long to provide some advice. I walked out and straight across the road to boots pharmacy and I was greeted by a friendly pharmacist immediately who gave me advice and sold me some relevant products to help my 2 year old son. I will never use well pharmacy again. The pharmacist in charge that refused to see me was Nadia, I didn?t catch the name of the lady that actually spoke to me. They have a big sign up saying help and advice by the desk it is a shame that the service isn?t being fullfilled.

Rude , rather chat to them selves than serve or speak with customers , found very ignorant and unhelpful. A real bad experience and offers no privacy

Awful customer service. The last two times using this pharmacy, I have had to leave to go over to Boots to have some form of human interaction or any chance of completing my prescription.Regularly left standing at the counter as if i?m the only one in the store. No indication of how long I am expected to stand and wait for a ?hello? or ?sorry we are very busy, we will be with you as soon as we can?. Even a head nod or wag of the finger would show they have acknowledged they have a customer.Non pharmacist staff, who are visible, make no effort to interact in any way, making things even more laughable.

Don't bother!A pharmacy that has NEVER prescribed anything as they are always busy or have a backlog! Five times over 3 years I've tried, always the same answer, I don't bother anymore....useless!

Very rude off hand manner ,with a women pharmacist, no one at counter ,for a good while,& number of us waiting. Never go there again!!!

I have usually found Well Pharmacy to be helpful and friendly over the years until today 27.05.22 when I picked up a prescription later than normal. The sheer rudeness I received from the new lady (pharmacy assistant) in front of other customers was something else. I don?t know who she thought she was, or who she thought she was talking to. All because I left my prescription there for a couple weeks. It was as if I ?had put her out? for looking. Bearing in mind I?am an NHS worker and deal with the general public on a daily basis. So I know what true hardship is. I think she?d be more suited somewhere which isn?t customer service oriented as she clearly doesn?t know how to speak nor deal with people. Go to Boots across the road until Well Pharmacy sort their staff out as this isn?t the first complaint I have heard about her.

Rude unhelpful staff. Uninterested when i asked for a prescription i had just been given by dr for shingles. Already went to 3 which were closed. She told me they were closing in 15 mins i explained i had been told by dr i needed it today. She told me to go to town they were too busy. Id like to point out I live kn my own and feel too ill to drive far. Thank God for boots opposite who despite closing at the same time and with ling queues were polite and helpful and after an understandable wait gave me my prescription. 10/10 for Boots Uplands if I could give Well 0 stars I would

Worst experience ever . They usually never have the medicine in stock . One of the male pharmacists was so rude and arrogant it was unbelievable. Telling an asthma patient that an emergency supply is only for those that need it and only given on weekends and bank holidays (it was a Friday ) like asthma is something you can self control.. ??!!Made me feel vulnerable. Never going again so glad I have boots across the road from who are more professional and helpful.
