Literally the worst surgery in Swansea. Zero compassion. Zero urgency. The receptionists are rude and they get offended when you wont tell them something you'd rather talk to your doctor about and the doctors don't know what you're talking about when you do actually get to speak to them. Absolute joke! Avoid or change surgery. Shocking.

Utterly terrible. I will be changing GPs soon, DO NOT JOIN THIS GP.My girlfriend is reliant on her medication and it doesn't matter how many hours I spend in a queue waiting to get her next month's worth, the phone is never answered. This is medication that she needs to function, it ensures she is not a danger to herself or those around her.The pharmacy next door is no better, last month I was told I could pick it up on a Wednesday, and then I had to come back on Friday because it wasn't ready: no apology, no concern.I even phoned the pharmacy complaining about the GP; I had been phoning for hours for two days. They said all I could do is keep phoning and hope for the best.DO NOT JOIN THIS GP. These people have no concern for the people they should be helping.

I've gone here my whole life, and I'm 36 now. This place just seems to be getting worse and worse. They removed my repeat prescription 6 months ago and no matter how many times I call, what information I provide, test results I give, they always say they'll pass it on to the doctor. Then dead air. Nothing happens. It's ok. It's only medication I need to function. No big deal.

Not very good at answering phones. Called various times of the day but still no answer. Have called in to speak to someone and phone seems to be on mute with red light constantly flashing. Have been told on several occasions that there is a problem with the phones.

I felt more like an object than a patient don't know who called, I live alone and worried not feeling right after two accidents in one month and not feeling well on that day, After 8-9 year's with the surgery with the surgery.

Pharmacist was rude and wouldn?t entertain advice offered by GP, insisting she knew better. Never have prescription fully in stock so have to come back for the rest, decided to go to other, better pharmacy.

Been with this practice for years.\\nBut the patient-doctor relationship has long gone. Some of the reception staff are fine not some are extremely rude and need a lesson in politeness and respect.\\nApparently you have to call between 8am-8.30 for a call back. Answered at 8.33am to tell me the doctor wasn't in this morning yet \\\"all appointments are gone\\\"? Something funny here. AND it's nothing to do with covid or whatever excuse they want to come up with.\\nWill need to change surgery after years of being a fairly good practice.
