Room very clean & warm with adequate facilities. Choice for breakfast good although I would rather the cooked items had been covered .Rooms: Very clean & warmWalkability: 5 minute walk to city centreFood & drinks: Only had breakfast but good selection of fresh fruit ,cereals (gluten free also) & cooked breakfast items. Very good selection of beverages including oat milk.

Don't bother going there I was charged twice for the room in December complained to their headoffice and it has taken 4 months to sort out with no resolvation. I will not do business with Premier again. I went through trird party site to book the hotel and pay in advance got to hotel to book in they said I hadn't paid so had to pay, so I did look in to it found the original payment show reception and they look into more and said yes you have paid. Went to refund me, it been 4 months with no refund from them. And all I get us unhelpful response from them. I now consider this as Premier Inn as robbing me of £130. The staff there are not train correctly on dealing with books from third party websites. And to Premier as it the complaint to yourselves why uses third party website for your booking if you don't know how you uses them. I am totally unhappy with this experience and considering taken this to trade and standers.

Really nice stay. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Wish there were a few more complimentary toiletries like shampoo and wifi was pretty poor. Room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfy. The restaurant area was nice although we only had drinks. Great location as well, right in the middle of the city with easy access to the marina and the city centre shops, a 10 minute walk from the train station. Overall we would stay again.Rooms: Comfy bed but poor WiFi.Nearby activities: Shops and restaurants.Walkability: 10 minutes from the train station.

If you enjoy being awoken by coked up delinquents, fire alarms at 6am and being quizzed like a criminal just to get into your room after 10pm then boy is this the hotel for you! I wouldn't let my dead dog stay here. Fabulous views though.

I stay here for work every so often and its always such a great stay.The rooms are such a great size with a large bed that is really comfortable and also offers extra pillows , large TV which is great for relaxing and everything is always spotless. Shower is fab and good toiletry provision.The staff are always so lovely and helpful and will provide what you need, like an iron, as requested. I once requested a room far from Wind Street on a student night and they happily made sure I was in a room far from any noise.It's a really quiet hotel given the location, I've never had a noise issue.The breakfast is good, coffee isn't ideal but that's preference but plenty of choice depending on what you want.Genuinely my hotel of choice in Swansea, I've tried a few now and this is the one that has consistently provided the same level of quality each time. Highly recommend.
