The Hub should not to be missed if you want something special. Great accomodation and rural location. Excellent helpful friendly hosts and the breakfast was fantastic. Lovely village and people with a great friendly pub serving great food. We had been before and it is just as good. We will be back again

Visited on my motorbike as a stop off to review the area. What a little gem this place is. Tony and Cathryn are exceptional hosts and it?s a really nice quaint but perfectly serviceable property. It?s not 5 star in the conventional sense but nice location, perfect for visiting the area so 5 star from my perspective. Lots of character. All the local eateries are busy though so best to book but that just tells you how good their quality is too. Breakfast is really nice (no evening meals on premises) and nice little touches like knowing the guests names. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely B&B, looked after by the owner's sister on the occasion I visited, but the place was left in very safe hands. Lovely, clean, nicely-eqipped en-suite room with a delicious cooked breakfast in the morning, though a wide variety of other breakfast options was available. Less than 10 mins from Craig y Nos Castle, where I needed to be the following day and considerably less expensive than other places I'd tried.

Three of us stayed here last night before our performances at The Welfare in Ystradgynlais down the road the next day. The owners were friendly and very accommodating and let us check in late and check out rather early to fit with our working schedule. They also very kindly provided us with a vegan breakfast which had both hot and cold options and was delicious! When you're on the road for a long time, a comfortable room and a proper breakfast go a long way to making you feel human - this place had both. Would definitely come again!

This B & B doubles as the village Post Office, mini market and tea rooms. Very friendly landlady, dog friendly, good clean room and en-suite, good shower. No off street parking but plenty of spaces on the road nearby. Great breakfast. 10 mins walk to the two local pubs.

Great location for walking and local attractions. The en suite room was cosy and clean; delicious cooked breakfast (gluten free for me). Our hosts, Catherine and Tony, were warm and welcoming and happily made my partner a sandwich for his packed lunch!
