Not very happy with the 'threatening' worded letters currently doing the rounds, demanding the parents of children who have child isa's, rush down to their local branch with current Id document's (which were produced when accounts were set up ) To verify or risk having their accounts suspended.What's that all about.Some of these accounts are years old.Why the sudden urgency ?

Went down Sunday morning to pay cash into my account using the atm.....the option to do that, on the machine, was conveniently greyed out, leaving me no option other than to walk home, hoping I wouldn't get mugged!!EDIT: SUCH A SHAME THESE DAYS, A COPY AND PASTED DISENGENEOUS REPLY

About two months ago, I went to the Nationwide bank Swansea for a deposit. My bank card got stuck in the ATM. I went to one of the bank employees and he gave me a pass to someone else to do my work, but unfortunately I waited for 45 minutes and I asked the employees there for help 3 times, but they told me to wait. I am right. It was discrimination. I can't forget this bad experience and I decided to leave after 6 years of Nationwide ...

Nationwide. Though that was in 2000as had a solicitor letter confirmation of my details . Great Building Society though can be awkward if it?s a long period before actually with drawing in Branch as I?d totally gotten messed about as hadn?t received any replacement card though after 3-4 days could not access my own available cash withdrawal as hadn?t gotten the replacement card. Apart from this 1 problem, they are a leading example of getting the facts correct. Would have been a 5 star review though since the incident occurred in 2017 it?s been a pleasure having an account with National wide Building Society.

Hi yes I was there waiting in queue for ages as there was someone being delt with however surely a paying in and taking money out should be straightforward other than a little problem but not a complete a analysis surely this could be done at a cubicle. However it would surely work better if there was more than two counter assistants as they stopped customers coming in and there should be more plastic shields inside and outside of the countersYOURS KINDLYKevin Bater

Study this ad very closely as they have moved but still insist on heading ad with old location photos read every detail dont trust your eyes. Not helpfull if you are in town without a smart phone!

The staff and the management at this branch rude and treats people so badly they are so aggressive and shouting at the costumers the front line cashiers really rude the branch manager so rude she doesn?t listen when you complain about the bad treatments of her staff this shows when the manager bad the rest of the staff behaving in such bad manors. I would give it a zero rating not one if the system allows me to do so there should be zero star rating, this Nationwide Branch at Swansea Kingsway need good management to look after the customers and treat them with kindness and respect.
