Over 20 min wait in drive thru. To get to collection point that part of my order is not ready and will be a little wait. I declined and request a refund. Only to find out that the rest of your food is stone cold!

If you are digital phobic, prepare to be shunned, embarrassed and discriminated against. No more till service in store, you must use the imposing screen of intimidation.
