I had fraudulent activity and they didn't have the security to stop it and they couldn't be bothered to resolve the issue.

Awful service. I went in to deposit some cash, I waited 20 minutes in a huge queue to use the Immediate Deposit machine. Waiting to see the 1 cashier on duty would've taken even longer with the enormous queue. Only 1 cash point was working. It's the only place available for me to do this which requires a 10 minute drive and a 15 minute walk. Very very poor service, would not recommend.

My recent visit to the bank was a pleasure. Matthew was so friendly and helpful, and the entire experience was a joy. My banking needs were taken care of quickly and efficiently, and I was even offered helpful advice on how I could better manage my finances. I left feeling truly grateful for the wonderful service I had received. I would like to thank all the staff at the bank for their kindness and patience. I highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank you ?

terrible service should be ashamed of yourselves and let customers have their money when needed not happy will be taking matters further been victimised because i wanted funds too buy a vehicle on that matter you sent the police around my property even they said it was ridiculous funny enough it was not just me who was getting complaints and i was made a dishonest person all these years i was a good customer and it was ruined by one of your member of staff

I went to open a bank account they said it will take 5 working days but if the bank didn't send you Gmail you can book an appointment. I didn't receive any Gmail when I went to the bank they said you must wait 2 weeks and no any appointment available till 2 weeks. If they was known the number of people applying for bank account is too much why they didn?t tell me to book an appointment earlier . I am very disappointed with customer service they don?t help customers good .

I arrived as an International student and I have opened an account with LLyods and they still couldn?t help me out to activate my online banking.I felt uncomfortable in many situations in this regards.I visited the branch three times and the staff seems trying ignoring with my issue.Very pathetic service.No one bothered about me as well.
