I had telephone interview for Assistant Manager job at Mumbles on 31st August and was told that although the Manager was on holiday that week I would hear in 7-10 days time. 13 days later I phone store for any updates on my application, I was informed manager was in conference call; I gave my number etc and did not receive a reply. I waited until Friday, different excuse and my call wasn?t returned. Do I really want to work for a ? manager ? like this? Absolutely not, she?s unprofessional and rude . Have now put in an official complaint to Head Office.

I was completely utterly disappointed, Sunday I went to the shop to buy wellies. I had chosen a pair and asked for my size. To be told by the staff member, that she couldn?t leave the shop floor as the Manager was doing interviews upstairs. I really needed to buy them wellies there and then, that was my intention. I found it so unhelpful and couldn?t see why she couldn?t go in the stock room to get them. You lost my Custom straight away and earning. I guess you can refuse as Joules is a big company.
