The new refit is really nice, easier to move around. It's not as dark in there now thanks to change in flooring not that I minded it dark but it's opened the place up. Plenty of selection of music and geeky items. The staff are really nice and helpful.

Recently renovated, it's love to step into the New HMV.The layout is great with plenty of space between shelving, etc.Been in there twice since its re opened, friendly staff on the till. Some great prices for Christmas items

Staff are always very helpful. But afraid to say there's fewer blurays, dvds and CDs (and so less choice) there since the store's recent refurbishment.

Quadrant Swansea Disabled access, lovely new layout. Lot more different items but cool. T-shirt ?, pin badges. Music. Very impressed. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy layout, plenty of room. Card payment accepted and cash.

The store felt fresh & purposeful after the refurb. Browsed the Metal section for ages & chose a couple of Disturbed CDs so I can "Get Down with the Sickness" on a long car journey next week! Enjoyed that aspect.However...my visit was let down by the service at the till. The girl serving me was more interested in the antics of her male workmate & made no effort to engage with me. I felt like I was interrupting two schoolkids on a date. Very poor. I also felt that the 50p cost of a bag should have been communicated to me before I got home & saw my receipt.
