Put in a click and collect order, but they never got the order. They were so kind to cook up the order after they closed and even threw in a load of free food. Amazing service.

Went for 2 bacon rolls today at 10.50, I was told to come back in 15 mins as the bacon was not ready. I was told even though it was after 11am they would still serve me. I returned within 10 mins to be told there was no bacon left and they could only serve me sausage even though I could see there was bacon in the warmers. The staff were not helpful.

There was nothing left!.....unless I wanted to wait 15mins! Look Mr Greggs, if I'm going to pay good money to fur up my arteries, then it should be on my terms!

Amazing service from one of your staff I Was stuck outside until it was clear because I had my dog on the lead. One of the lovely staff went above and beyond coming outside to take my order and get the card payment ready so I didn?t have to leave him unattended for too long.A credit to your team I didn?t catch their name but whoever it was I hope you see this and thank you!

Good little Greggs, little hard to find as it?s stated as being near Lidl in Parc Tawe when it?s behind it facing St Thomas.Staff were friendly and it seems like a pretty quiet place.
