Service is always slow when in store, you know you?ll be sacrificing an hour of your time if there?s any more than 1 person in front of you. Loads of staff at the back and yet only 1 person is at the till no matter how busy and is as fast as can be expected from a slothRarely ever get an answer when phoning inI am writing this review as I await an answer on my 15th call

Ordered and paid online, took 30 minutes to collect, considering there were 3 people from the staff chatting and training each other.Never again!!!

Always good service. Can sometimes be a little slow to receive your item if you haven't ordered online, but presumably that's because they have to find it in their warehouse.

Prices are ridiculous.. buy online it's easy cheaper.. they tried to charge 125 quid for rear abs sensors for an insignia..exactly the same parts from ebay were 15 quid... staff couldn't seem arsed to service customers as it was 30 minutes from closing in Friday.. don't waste your time or your money

What a useless setup!!!! You're just standing there being totally ignored whilst staff are in the room behind chatting away with only one member of staff serving on the counter. Clearly the store manager or area manager not up to the task as so many poor reviews on this store
