Ordered a car battery online for collection. Very good website with great selection of automotive items. Only one member of staff at counter on arrival, so a bit of a wait to get my order with 3 or 4 ahead of me in the queue.

Absolutely useless and incompetent took my car to a local garage in bridgend who ordered parts from these clowns ? they sent the wrong parts, all I wanted was simple, front discs and pads and rear pads and all sensors these idiots sent rear discs only, now I have to rebook. After waiting hours don't even deserve one star

Don't know their goods as travelled down to them after ringing to make sure the part was in stock and when we got there it wasn't.
