Last sunday i bought a printer with my debit card. Yesterday i come back to ask them to help me with the wireless conection from my phone to the printer. Two ,, persons,, told me that i need a router wireles, but their atitude was verry unpolite, almost without any respect versus me. I tell them that i want to return the printer, and one of this ,,person,, told me i can t return it, without telling me where i can do that. I left the Argos store almost happy because i escape without been beaten by those two ,, person,,. I called on the phone number from my Argos credit card and a verry nice an polite person ( i don t remember his name) helped me with this situation.

I pay for 2 iPhone 13 and the Apple Watch from home in my Argos card to collect in store.The person on the collection point name given Vass , mentioned that I have to show the card payment.I have mentioned that I didn?t have that card but I could show another document just to proof that was me but she didn?t care.I had the proof of the purchase come through my email with all the codes she needed, but she just didn?t care.Not even try to help.Not helpful at all.Even explained that I travel 20 minutes to get the order , I asked to cancel the order and she didn?t ask any documents just cancelled.Much easier to cancel order than cash around £2000.Definitely don?t come back , buy the some phones with curry?s pc world.If this person would work for me I would sack her immediately.

Bought a new shark hoover, ordered online click and collect. When we got home the Mrs opened it up, immediately noticed writing on the manual and the hoover was heavily used. Very disappointing to learn they are selling returned products as new.

? Ordered an item and paid online.? Received an email with the collection details.? Easily accessible with free parking.? Staff we?re very helpful and placed the item in the boot of my car.

Awful service, ordered a tv online which showed in stocked paid and went down to the morfa store for collection, turns out that tv was not in stock even though let me process for payment and now have to wait 5 days for refund.Asked if there was a TV similar pricing and I would top up the difference in money, but no i would of had to pay in full again even though their holding my money, which does not make any sense.To top it off told that it was not their fault and nothing they could do "so I'll just have to wait"!!!!!!

Awful store. Worst customer service. Went to collect items I had alresd paid for and needed to show my Argos card for the first time ever! Travelled had hour to collect goods and met with attitude. Last time I shop in Argos

Never buy a tablet from Argos Morfa! States you can take it back on their site and policies you can take it back if thereâ??s nothing wrong with it, yet refuse when you take it back. Argues that the screen protector was taken off yet there WASNâ??T ONE. The manager even argued with me that there was. Please someone check the product and show him. It was returned to buy a more expensive tablet as Iâ??d purchased the wrong one yesterday. Wonâ??t be shopping here again. Terrible manager with terrible customer service. Know your products and policies!

Is that the fraudulent Argos is hiding. I love all your items from eBay except they never happen to arrive I want my money back not you take them and tell me there is systems error and never get the order .I hope you get stormed by police or something you fraudster
