Fab service.. Needed 2 copies of keys cut, was told would take about 15 mins, so went off and came back, keys were ready for me. Lovely friendly professional service. Will be going back to get other keys copied!

Went in today to get a broken shed key cut, attendant made it clear that he might not be able to but gave it a go. On the second try the key fits perfectly, can?t fault it.

Very poor service from the Risca branch cut keys using wrong blanks they were never going to work. Blackwood branch excellent service knew what he was doing

Quick and easy, had to get my house key copied and was in there less than 4 minutes. Lovely staff member that served me.

Absolutely stinking attitude on the girl that could be bothered to get off her phone all of 5 seconds to attempt to serve me today.Her recommendation for fixing the heel on my shoe was to wear it as it was.Won't be returning to timpsons for any more shoe repairs or dry cleaning!

Very disappointed in company policy finding out that you do not cut keys just if is bought from your shop, which by the way are 5 time more expensive comparing with the same product bought from Amazon, under the pretext that yours are a better quality. Sad

I left a woollen coat and a raincoat for dry cleaning on a Monday and was told they would probably take a week. However, I received a message on Wednesday afternoon to say that they were ready for pickup. My husband picked them up and when I opened the package the raincoat looked really creased, I thought that any dry cleaning was pressed as the final stage! I?ve had to try and get the creases out myself. Not impressed !

Please remind your staff that condescendingly telling an elderly lady who is medically exempt to "remember your mask next time" is not good customer service. How dare you condemn someone without knowing their case? I can assure you there will be no "next time" for any of our family or friends.

Having had a bad experience previously, i was reluctant to go back but noticed the woman was serving. What a difference she was amazing and helpful honest with timings. She also recommended other products to protect my shoes & boots, which i hadn't had before. Really pleased with the service i received. Thank you.
