Always been alright , see me often lol always asking what's it this time "jokingly" haha great sense of humour and friendly approach from staff esp the one lol , so far personally? Great service , yes a little slow due to many people around and the branch being near the exit of town , but other than that bright staff always this one woman with black hair? Absolutely amazing staff member fr knows what she's doing and knows where to direct ,and how to direct you and know the right way to say things etc.. all in all great memeber ti have on a team also great window staff You request they tell u how thy can help ????? What more can u so I that moment , I Only rate 4 starts due to a few minor issues u get with any bank eventually (lost £10 couldn't retrieve it, the bank took my money and they would not help) butttt since then have helped with a similar issue I guess the issue should was proof to Be fair what can ya do ?????, 5 stars if u gimme my tenna back and say hello when's I pop in in a few mins ? haha

Possible the slowest service I have ever experienced . There are 3 cashier windows yet I've never seen more than 1 being used it's not like they are not enough staff there is always 1 on a desk at the start of the cue asking can I help ? To witch her answer to every question is there help you at the window ( well get yourself behind the window ) after a 25 min wait I was told that I couldn't transfer money to my daughter's account because I'm overdrawn, due to the £76 charges I've acquired for going 13p OD . Then they are trying to charge me £76 again for going OD due to the 1st £76 charge. How do they justify £152 charge for 13p unauthorised OD . If only they were as quick to serve you as they are to charge ( ROB ) you

All banks are now a shadow of their former selves. At this branch in the 80's there were over ten counters in use all the time. Now you're lucky to have two. Not everyone trusts on-line banking, but I get the impression those people are gradually being forced to accept it.

Been with Natwest for over 20 years. Staff in Real are excellent, they do go out of their way to try and help.
