Car serviced today, excellent job as always. I've been going to Pete for several years since moving to the area, always impressed with his honesty, punctuality, quality, and going above and beyond. He explains clearly what needs doing, what doesn't need doing yet, and what is likely needing done in the near future.I was extremely surprised to see one poor review and asked him about it when taking my car in today. Apparently the lady was offered a more permanent, more expensive fix (for a wiper) that would have taken a few days, or a temporary fix. She opted for the temporary fix, which lasted for 2 months. It was unfortunate he was away for an extended time when she called.Don't let her experience put you off. Pete's right up there with the best and most honest mechanics I've dealt with, and I'll not take my car elsewhere.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ripped off for overpriced tatRepair lasted around 2 months as it was clearly done as a temp job to make it look fixed.It's a one man band so when I went to take my car back just a recorded message to say noone there as away for a week.Left a voicemail to contact me on his return and he didn't botherPaid again at a more reputable very professional local garage who showed me exactly what he had done to my car
