Took the car in with an air conditioning and overheating issue. They fixed it and other issues such as a spring coil brake pads and other bits at the cost of £900 we paid the full £900 as we didnt have the warenty documents at this time. We took it home and within 3 months it broke again with the same symptoms. When phoning the garage they said it must be different ( baring in mind they hadn't seen it yet) and were quite rude on the phone. They told us to bring it in. We took it in and they said it would cost another £450 to fix it. We paid £250 and the warenty paid £200 of this. We have driven it twice since then on short journeys and it's doing the same again code 4 conditioning and over heating. I will ring them to see what they have to say but if last time was anything to go by they will fob us off and say its something else. Even though its exactly the same code as before. They charge £60 an hour just for labour alone that doesnt include the parts!! It's now cost us £1350 and our car is still broken. I'm so upset as we can't afford anymore and we have been really let down by them. I shouldn't pay that much and still have the same problem. Ridiculous and just unacceptableUpdate- just been phoned by the garage. They said they felt my review was unfair. I said that to bring it back would it cost me more as they have had it twice now and a lot of money spent and its still not fixed. They said of course I would have to pay top up fees!! So do we have to just keep paying and paying whilst it doesnt get fixed. Surely after having it twice and £1300 being spent it should be fixed. Ive never known anything like it. It is mine and my husbands car and he clearly wasn't happy with what I was saying (I was calm on the phone and just explaining my side of the review and considering he had rung me about the review that would be ok) and he then bluntly said - ill leave a reply to your review and I'll speak to Matthew (my husband) and hung up. Didn't matter if I had more to say. I wasn't swearing or shouting just talking. Didn't let me discuss it further. He just seemed cross and then bluntly hung up, which is so unprofessional. Clearly they don't know how to discuss a complaint with someone. It's just made me feel even more upset and actually made me cry. We shouldn't have to have that kind of service from someone I've paid so much money to!! I should at least be treated with a small amount of respect. I'm sure he will reply on here. I think we will have to cut our losses and take it to another garage. I've seen the review under mine says exactly the same thing to do with rude phone calls and not fixing the issue so you decide.Wow just wow the response is ridiculous. The first time round we paid the full amount of £900 no warenty so we paid that fully. The 2nd time round we paid £250. So I'm sorry we paid £1050. A LOT OF MONEY! The total cost was still £1350 warenty only paid £200 in total. So if you are going to reply at least tell the truth! As to the telling us the air conditioner wasn't working and they would fix it but we said no. This is so untrue!!! We literally asked you to do everything that needed doing. We didn't want to have to bring it in again and pay the labour costs. If the way you defend yourself is by lying that's fine at least I know not to take it there again. My car is still un drivable, you have been unbelievably rude on the phone and you have the gaul to say we are the guilty party. We will NEVER use this garage again and find somewhere with good customer service and know how to fix my car. Ive asked them to change the untruths on their reply which they havent done. Ive been called a keyboard warrior by this company. Ive only ever done 7 reviews on companies and half of these are glowing reviews. Im not and will never be a keyboard warrior and to be called that by a garage is so rude. You can make your own decisions on what you think but I am really upset and let down. Had front brakes done, squeaking from day 1 so I took back to garage and was told there was no problem. Lasted 10 monthes and 5000 miles before started juddering, rang up and was told 'what do you want me to do about it?'. They agreed to look at them after I pushed the issue, but I knew that they'd just make excuses so took to a decent garage to replace. Brakes now work perfectly.
