Absolutely pathetic. Only open between 8 and 10am, people are at work then. How are you supposed to collect your parcel? They should just leave your delivery in your safe place instead of returning it to the sorting office.

2nd time in the space of a few months my parcel has been delivered to the wrong address, seriously frustrating as it doesn?t show where it?s been delivered to & the photo is not my door, didn?t end up getting the last parcel & doubt will get this one either now

Opening hours are shocking missed my parcel this week went to depot on Thursday 14th as they open at 4.00pm but poster on door saying closed due to covid but will open good Friday 8 till 10. Got there at 8.30 3 other people there with no sign off life. Really angry going to try today?.Saturday 16th but not holding my breath bet it?ll be all closed up due to ?covid? and I?ll have to wait till Tuesday ??? damn good excuse to have more time off for Easter ??

I did not receive my parcel. I got a text message that the package had been delivered. Royal Mail is a worthless company. I do not recommend.

Restricted times stated on a piece of paper in the door window, that are stupid and not very good for people that work. I hope it goes back to normal soon. The staff are always friendly and helpfull.
