I went to shop on 15 December and placed an order for 3 packs of LVT. They didn?t have them in stocked and they said they will order them and will be delivered to store on 21st December. Today I called the store for an update and they said they don?t have them on stock and my order was not delivered and it is showing a new delivery date on 12th January. I am never going back there again!

Placed an order online but had to pop in store a couple of times to get extras and return unused tiles. On both occasions the staff were extremely helpful.

let down by carrier Service. Totally unprofessional behaviour!!! rude.. totally disrespectful and, then completely hung-up on me when talking. if I can give you any advice, go and collect yourself from store, it will be quicker and an more pleasant experience.

Fab customer service from the two members of staff working when I collected my online order yesterday. I was expecting to carry the tiles to my car but one of the staff members trollied them out for me to my car, socially distanced and wearing a mask.Still going above and beyond despite everything. Will definitely be back to this store again. Thank You.

Excellent customer service, and a heap of lovely options. Richard is very knowledgeable, and was happy to answer all of my questions in "laymans" terms. Plus staff are COVID wary and wear masks. Would definitely use them for future projects.

Don't trust the sat nav use a map . . . . . The postcode is all the docks area however the shop is in the retail park next to the docks. .
