After having a persistent cough and buying numerous bottles of medicine I went to Malpas Park and saw the Pharmacist. After listening to my chest, checking heart rate and temperature she then recommended the correct medicine that finally has worked.A great service and such helpful staff . Counter staff were so helpful and cheerful.Thank you you have a great team.

Fantastic pharmacy, really friendly staff and lovely items for sale in there! I took my prescription in literally one minute before closing on a Saturday and they processed it with no trouble? you don?t usually don?t find this so close to closing time! Can?t recommend this pharmacy enough. Thank you so much :)

Not very good at answering the phone. Also really bad at getting important prescriptions out on the right day my wife went without her medication for days not very good.

Order prescription 17th Oct phoned 24th as I hadn't received items they forgot to send it to gp. We'll get it back to you for the 25th Oct pm. 26th still know sign phoned again its on the side here I've gone 3 days without medication. Shambles

Recent visit was pretty poor for us, staff running around in the backroom but no one on the till to deal with us. When we asked is anyone serving, someone shouted we will be there shortly. Not very friendly and we we will definitely go somewhere else.

Never answers the phone, this chemist is dangerous and I strongly recommend using a different one and most of your tablets are missing probably in workers pocket

Just a review for the guy who mans the phone at the pharmacy. He listens, he is so polite and he gets the problem straight away. If it?s solveable he sorts the problem. I don?t know his name but if he answers my brain sighs with relief!! Thank you!!

The front of house staff are the most unhelpful I have ever come across, always someone else?s fault, promised delivery today and still not here. Been waiting since Monday for prescription as the pharmacy kept blaming the GP practice for not sending the GP blaming the pharmacy, no help from the pharmacy at all. You always feel you are an inconvenience visiting this pharmacy and the attitude of the lady in reception needs addressing and potentially booking a customer service course for this individual.
