Cowboys - recommended that I just replace seals for the oil cooler, I requested that the whole unit be replaced but they insisted just the seals would fix the issue. 3 months later the oil leak come back I took it too them to rectify their work and they told me that I should?ve just replaced the whole unit (like I requested) and said I would now have to pay for a full unit replacement. They?re money grabbing cowboys approach with caution

Appalling and dishonest service. The price for simple pads and discs was increased from £240 to over £400 when I went to pick the car up without warning. I was told that either I pay the new higher amount or they won't allow me to collect the car. It is shameful that businesses like this are still allowed to exist. I can't emphasize strongly enough for people to avoid this garage. I am approaching trading standards to try and stop this unfair practice happening to anyone else in future.
