They phoned me and told me that I needed to go and find my own car part which nobody I have asked has heard of before, very abnormal. Not only that but they were absolutely no help, they just told me over the phone that I needed to phone Hyundai and ask for a clutch slave cylinder then proceeded to tell me I'd have to go and pick it up which wasn't even local. There are two versions of the part they didn't tell me about, the other is a master version which I found out MYSELF when looking for the part, they could have also at least given me the part number. I even phoned Cefni and told them I was struggling to find the part, to also put this on a young woman who knows nothing about cars and also a first time driver is disgraceful. I collected my keys and took the car after over a week of stress with no luck finding the part elsewhere, I wasn't even sure at this point which version I needed of the part either and no help from Cefni. Another garage I've contacted managed to order the part from Hyundai themselves easily, Hyundai were awkward with me ordering it as a regular customer who doesn't work in a garage. Cefni should have and could have contacted Hyundai themselves and easily ordered the part but they choose not to and put it on me instead. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and will not be returning to Cefni.

Today I had a basic service and MOT at Cefni Garage, Llangefni, Anglesey. Overall I paid an excellent price for a really professional job, and thanks to this garage my car has passed it's MOT for another year.
