Came in with a problem with my tv, i had a very pleasant happy man come up to me called damien (hope spelling is okay) who was extremely helpful and recommended the best replacement. It really felt like he couldn’t do enough to help so i was quite blown away. Its rare to find that these days 11/10

Quick, helpful, and not 'pushy'. Mind you I did know pretty much what I wanted. They have been similar each time I have bought things from them. Polite staff.

Overpriced as always.I wanted to ask the staff about a product but they were all busy chatting to their colleagues. Ended up buying a product for 1/2 the price on ebay.
