Absolutely disgraceful prescription six weeks late for an inhaler and dangerous, 06wras a a sever asthmatic I could die without a proper inhaler and when very sick needing weekly could lead to hospitalisation A Number of staff show disgusting lack of respect for the patients and others that this issue concerns a real let down to the local community and the other people who ar their main customers .to the local community it's common knowledge that the place is ran poorly and incompetently.The pharmacist there JENNY THE HEAD PHARMACIST IS INCOMPETENT BECOMING OVERRUN easily And SHOWS SERIOUS LACK in ABILITY TO RESPONSIBLY RUN THE LAKESIDE PHARMACY AND IS PUTTING PEOPLE AT RISK AND IN DANGER. The premises is dirty and smelly has poor ventilation and is often filthy there's things hanging from the ceiling and the flooring is messed up very old loose carpet in the doorway and is narrow and steep to enter over the pandemic there where cues 200 yards long outside with nowhere to sit an people actually died as a result of the place and the lack of competance, there's been hundreds of complaints a year made about the place do not believe the reviews they're fake they try and render a positive view of the place which isn't the case .its disgusting and smelly in there there's often people who are unclean in there also a number of drug patients use the place to collect their prescription and dirty needle exchange &as such often is full of unsightly and badly behaveed individuals who are considered dangerous and a threat to the local community others .Often the windows and doors are smashed as a result of vendetta from mistreated people getting their own back from time to time on a number of occasions staff are often heard being told to TAKE THEIR TIME ..when certain unsightly people are presenting there, I believe to try and cause some kind of discord and discomfort to these people and as such often cause people to walk out in disgust due to being late .the staff are rude and use a vile attitude to retaliate to being put on the spot when anyone presents an issue or brings to attention any problem ,and the minimal ammount of effort to actually resolve the issues when presented is very sad.With great saddnes and anger I'd suggest going to another pharmacies and be happy instead of being made to feel alienated and like its something we have done wrong .It takes a higher conscious to be a prescribeing and practising pharmacist and as such the staff there are under qualified and inexperienced and as such are going to cause more illness danger sickness and a real sence of being treated wrongly. a poor show of ABILITY leaving us all at a loss for correct and fair treatment and at risk of increasing dangerous situations where medication that is 100 percent NEEDED is not made available for patients and a sence of personal attack is prevalent here as the staff will call people by name and ar condescending and over personal with their dialogue in a overly loud manner asking loudly for a prsons private details such as name adress and so on all making the patients more vulnerable to abuse of privacy ..

Everytime I go to pick up a prescription there's a ridiculous queue. One time 6 members of staff, another time 7 of them. Whatever protocols they have in place from a customer point of view looks awful to see 6-7 people tinkering around and a massive queue of people waiting. ?

As with most pharmacies the main problem here is lack of acknowledgement of paying customers on the premises, and the snooty attitude of staff who come across as thinking they are better than you just because they dispense medicines. Aside from the fact they regularly lose prescriptions and never apologise, it's the wall of ignorance that makes this place the worst. You walk in and see 8 people all standing behind various counters but not one of them will utter a single word or even acknowledge your presence, sometimes for up to a quarter of an hour. Even when they are supposedly doing something for you they won't communicate that fact at all, just a wall of silence. I have boycotted this pharmacy and use Boots instead which is way better as they actually value their customers and don't leave them in silence wondering what's happening.

I changed from Boots to this pharmacy about 3 months ago. They have got my monthly suply wrong EVERY time. This time they left out an injection I have to have every Sunday. Picked it all up on Friday. Just checked it all out tonight - Sat - my weekly injection is MISSING. What a shambles this chemist is.
