Urgently need to hire more staff. Every time I go here I?m waiting 30+ min for 1 form of medication. Staff themselves are lovely, but they need more help.

Very frustrating Pharmacy. Prescription often not ready, and not fully complete, always long waits in shop, delivery promises broken. Sadly this is all the time not just a one off so voting with my feet and going elsewhere from now on.

No what time of day you phone them they never answer.... how else am I supposed to ask for delivery of my monthly medication?.. so frustrating

I put my prescription in on a Wednesday and I was told that some of it needed to be ordered. As I had some left I said that's fine I'll come in next week to collect. I come in on Monday (later than I wanted as nobody was there at opening time...) to find that they never actually processed my prescription and therefore it had not been sent off.

How can you monthly meds be given to the wrong person, when they ask you for your address.. 5 days no meds now.. so glad I used my mobile phone to call them as I have a record of the calls???? absolutely crazy... soo angry right now...

Samantha is a diamond, she went over and above her duty to sort my prescription out with the surgery. Shame the Surgery isn't as accommodating!

Absolutely disgusting service, staff not helpful at all and are not even bothering to collect prescriptions from the doctors next door. Will not go to this chemist again due to disgraceful service
