“Called here for midweek lunch and ordered a T bone steak which was cooked to perfection along with a generous helping of chips. My wife had the ham which was home cooked and hand carved to which that too was perfect. No complaints”

“A very welcoming pub with rooms. Very good value. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided in the room with a kettle. We had a smallish room at the back of the hotel, with a good shower. The pub offers some meals. No parking however we arrived on Saturday night and were able to park in the street until Monday morning. The clientele were noisy til closing time.”
