Used this garage for the frat time this week. A new local business set up by two young men. Well what can I say two professional and polite men!! . I Put my car in yesterday as my car was making a real clunking noise when I turned my wheel. Scott and Owen made me feel at ease straight away and diagnosed what was wrong. Within 24 hours they had sourced the part and fitted a new coil spring.Phew back on the road again!! . I would definitely use informed automotive again . Could not be happier with Scott at informed, this man is a pleasure to deal with and is extremely knowledgeable at what he does, fixed a other fitters mess that was supposed to be good but made a complete mess. Dealing with Scot after stuggling to find a class fitter for a long time was a breath of fresh air, did things he didn?t need to and really did give a 10 out of 10 service, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely good at what he does. Definitely my go to mechanic from now on.

I took my Mazda for a throttle housing replacement and the service was excellent. Scott is a true professional and reasonably priced. I am going back next month for an oil change and MOT and I would highly recommend!
