It's B&M, not much to say about it.Although an early/midweek visit is probably best as Flint retail park is infuriatingly busy Friday onwards. Best avoided on weekends.

Would I recommend them to shop with - nope! ??As usual the place has a total mystery layout designed to make a quick shopping trip a complete impossibilityDon't look for assistance because you are unlikely to find it and if you manage to capture a member of staff whilst they are scuttling off in the opposite direction (especially as fast as they can go through that door marked staff only) they look at you as though you have ceased to exist and the language you have chosen to use is not one selected when the gift of tongues was given to the apostles!A very sad shopping experience and how they have the nerve to call themselves b&m 'with garden centre' is totally beyond me.When all type of organisations are awarded stars for their quality - this company should be awarded a series of skull & crossbones for their appalling and toxic plant care, with a total lack of interest in what they are selling - dieing grapes vines and fruit trees that have been grown in a nursery for sometimes years and this bunch have them for a few weeks simply to kill them. What a rubbish shopping experience and as a useful place to shop they are very poor.I went for rechargeable batteries and after 30 minutes I gave up! Good old Lidl happened to have just what I wanted!

I?ve always enjoyed going into B&M, lots of everything and the staff are so helpful but yesterday I took my elderly friend out in her wheelchair as she wanted to go to B&M to have a good look around, we connected the wheelchair trolley to the wheelchair that the store provides and off we went, we didn?t get very far before we noticed that many of the aisles had metal baskets or stock on the floor in the aisles so it was very hard if not impossible to get through, especially in front of the checkouts as there were metal containers all along the middle of the aisle so I had to drag them to the side to get through, I suffer with arthritis in my hands so this was quite painful to do. I could not see any staff around to help so please B&M keep your aisles clear and be more wheelchair friendly. Thank you
