Tried several times to access the website with no luck...Stating "Forbidden" many emails sent but still no access to the website even though they have stated that they know of the problem.This companies customer service and their tech section needs a complete overall.

Don't shop at Iceland they are homophobic and antisemiticI was in my local Iceland store and with my Jewish girlfriend holding hands and the security guard came up to me asking me to leave said I am banned . I couldn't understand why I was banned I was just like any other normal person walking around Iceland doing my shopping and holding my girlfriend's hand this has really upset me as I have become the latest victim of homophobic hate crime and staff and security took advantage of this while the store manager was away

Not too happy with iceland momentarily. First you place loads of baskets in front of freezers so we disabled cant get at them easily, then, when we get to one, say the vegetarian freezer and thats only half full with vegetarian items because rest is cluttered up with vegetables, vegetables should be kept separate and we need more vegetarian options in the vegetarian freezer, plus you place all your own brand vegetarian options in so many different freezers , that not just make it hard for me as and when im not in a mobility scooter to get to everything anyway, i just did a shop yesterday and found your own brand veggie stuff in at least 6-8 freezers, which is disgusting to find these days, and you think you understand how horrid that is to us veggies, WHY NOT HAVE TWO VEGETARIAN FREEZERS, ONE FOR YOUR OWN BRAND AND ANOTHER FOR OTHER VEGETARIAN BRANDS, WHICH YOU SO UNFAIRLY CHANGE NOT JUST WHEN NOT NEEDED BUT FAR TOO MUCH TOO. AND THATS ON TOP OF ALWAYS MOVING THINGS AROUND SO MUCH YOU DO, THAT DOESN'T WORK LIKE YOU WANT TO BELIEVE IT DOES NOWADAYS, NOT LIKE IT MAY HAVE 30YRS AGO. NO YOURE JUST NOT BEING CONSIDERATE TO US VEGGIES AND ESPECIALLY US DISABLED, WHICH IS ACTUALLY DISCRIMINATION NOW YOU KNOW, SINCE 2007. My delivery was cancelled 15 minutes before expected . Call to say ? driver sick ?!! I rang to enquire about any other drivers to be told ? all staff sick ?!! When I rang customer service no empathy ? I asked what I could do on a late Friday evening late with no food for my family the response ? I don?t know?!! First and last time I use this company .

I ordered delivery because I was unwell and needed my shopping they was late and then items was missing in my order when I rang the shop about this they could only refund me for it or I had to go in to gwt my missing items I wasn't well that's why I ordered when I asked to speak to a manager I got told to ring contact center so I did and that was a waste of time

Tony at your Bexhill-on-Sea store(Devonshire Road)is exceptional.ALWAYS cheery,helpful,knowledgeable and smart...Mr.Walker should be proud of him and the store..the staff work very hard but Tony is the star..charm personified.

I am Absolutely fuming with your Iceland warehouse in Weston super mare. For customer relations at that store I would give a nill. Last Friday I took a big bag of cat food back to the value of £27 . I rang beforehand and was told that I could have cashback on the cat food if I went in that day . So I went in and was told a in-store that I would have to wait 2-3 Days for the money in my account. I rang again last night and was told that if I went into the warehouse I could have the shopping to the amount of £27 I rang just now and was told that I couldn't do that I had to wait for them to verify and they would get back to me . To put it bluntly I am absolutely fuming I ishave been with your company for years and I get treated like that. It's absolutely disgusting customer relations. I'm not sure if you know this or not but people are living from day to day . No one has much money to spare let alone wait this long for a refund

Delivery for Thursday afternoon not Don only non frozen delivered on Friday evening had to send back as rest of order couldn?t be found have to wait for Saturday delivery then after 2 hours waiting ring up shop to be told they wanted to give me time to get up and only delivery time available is 12 /2 pm 13.20pm still waiting this is disgusting service from one of the top company?s then I think they need to look hard at the service they are supposed to be giving me

Worked here for XPO logistics as a LGV store delivery driver I only stuck it for 2 weeks it was like being inducted at a clown convention and even made to wear oversized hobnail boots so I realised I may as well runaway and join a real circus instead.
