Awful service, walked in and purchased £9 worth of food and drinks, booked the tickets online a few days ago searched for Cwmbran one but the App jumped to the one saved as my favourites "Cardiff" . Comfy seats and generally clean and tidy.Cinema screen itself had a few marks on it which could be seen during certain scenes and one of the surroud sound speakers had a crackle which was irritating.
