Great gym but a bit oversubscribed. You will struggle to get on equipment like cables at peak hours. But otherwise very solid at off peak times.

An excellent gym, really well equipped for power lifting. Incredibly welcoming and friendly for everyone. The trainers are very knowledgeable and always happy to help. Cafe is small and open plan but the coffee is great, there are plenty of power points, a microwave if you want to bring your own food, and you're welcome to sit and stay as long as you want. You'll have some nice conversations too!

Great gym, one of the best I've ever experienced ?? Plenty of space and various high quality equipment.A third of the gym floor is for bodyweight exercises only, which includes bars, ropes and wooden gymnastic rings. Similar to what you would expect at a CrossFit gym but without being forced to join a class.Friendly service and reasonable prices.

Very cool spacious large gym. Perfect for functional training as well as weights. I train in calisthenics and it?s perfect for that too. Wooden rings, parallettes and bars.

Excellent Gym. Well stocked with a huge variety of equipment. Plenty of parking space. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Can be a little busier at the rush hour.Student packages available. Fairly priced plans for members. Good range of classes.On site salon, massage, physio, medical services. A coffee/protein shake bar. Meal prep available.All in one place.
