How can a coffee shop be so filthy! After working for this franchise myself for nearly 7 years I am embarrassed that they are representing a huge chain. Everything in this store is dirty. There’s flies on the food they sell and visible crumbs and spillages everywhere. Staff were just stood around talking to each other, was stood waiting at till for 5 minutes being ignored but I noticed how disgusting the place was in this time and left. Lovely store. This store does get a lot of stick but I've never had a problem whilst going there. Keep up the good work.
