Use this post office all the time and 90% of the staff are lovely. However make sure you go early because it?s always busy and I wish they?d update and reorganise the shop.

Came in to purchase travel money for the first time, the man who served me explained everything well as I didn?t have a clue (think his name was Gino). Ended up with a travel money card aswell as currency. Thank you so much, would definitely recommend!

I have been coming to this post office as its my local for a few years now, I really can't understand how the staff can be so rude expecially to foreign people. On a number of occasions I have witnessed the staff rolling their eyes at people who couldn't understand English and be extremely short with them. Yesterday I experienced this rudeness first hand with the young lady who served me.... I read the collection order number out to fast and this obviously annoyed her, she abruptly told me to wait till she got a pen, I said OK!! She then got up and in front of my face told her colleague somthing who then had to utter under her breath "slow down slow down". To be honest I have never had a nice experience coming to this post office and now feel the staff are racist. Seeing people being treated so badly in this way makes me sad, rolling eyes and talking to people like they are slow or not worth your time is extremely belittling and unjust. I will now go a bit further to a different post office where the staff are trained properly in customer service and equality.

Amazing and helpful staff who have enabled my charity (which includes mailing goods once a week) to get off the ground.All of the people who work there are so helpful and conciderate.I use the drop and go app to process my payments and parcels and They have been great with dealing with that at the seperate counter.EDIT: I didn't want to have to add this and it doesn't change my overall very positive experience at this post office.However one member of staff has made a consistent habit of ignoring me, yelling at me and attempting to embaress me during my drop and go transactions.He seems constantly agitated at my presence and very angry that I do not always have sufficient funds on my account, sometime loudly exclaiming he will not post my parcels until he has "checked my balance" on a separate counter (something no other staff member has ever done).I understand that having to call a customer with an insufficient funds must be a frustrating part of the job, but normally he is not even the member of staff who calls me. It is always other members of staff who make the call, and they are always polite and understanding with me both in store and on the phone.I have tried to express multiple times that we are a charity working with extreemly limited funds and sometimes our balance does get low and can't be topped up immediately. However he normally speaks over me or shuts me down when I try to explain this.Honestly I would rather him just keep ignoring me than talk to me in such a rude condescending tone. It is esspecially jarring seeing as every other staff member has been nothing but kind, understanding and patient with me and my charity.

Photo booth doesnt provide number you need to apply online. No warning, to my money. Looked at the QnA section on here and owner said that passport machine did provide number.

RUDE MANAGEMENT.Normally have a wonderful experience at this post office, but today was an exception. The manager ,?Dee? approached me in such a rude manner when I entered the store with a dog that I walk ( 11 month old well behaved puppy ) as I needed to post a parcel. Never had any previous problems as I have been going to this post office for the past two years and it is dog friendly. On entering I was told I couldn?t have the dog in the post office , it wasn?t allowed to be bouncing around due it to being a ? food shop ? ? Additionally , when I told her that I had been a regular customer and always brought dogs in she dismissed me and point blank ignored me with an heir of arrogance that upset my morning. It costs nothing to be kind. I then asked the lovely lady who served me at the post office counter if it was in fact dog friendly ( and if I?d been mistaken ) and she smiled and told me it definitely was. Honestly baffled by the ignorance - if you?re a manager you should make a note to know the rules / regulations of your own post office. Additionally the dog was NOT misbehaving and was happily interacting with the children in there, ON-LEAD as well.Disgraceful. When I asked for a feedback card I was also told that I had to do it ? online?. Therefore I am writing this review as a means to display my disappointment at the professionalism of the staff.
