I have been going to paradox for on and off for years and I have always been incredibly happy with the results. Nicola and Luke always welcome me like an old friend and the time I spend having my hair cut and coloured is always a rejuvenating experience. But it wasn't until I decided to chop my hair short last year that I had Charlotte as my stylist. She is a talented stylist who is always able to give me the cut and color that I want, even if it's something different each time. And I often do!The whole team are incredibly knowledgeable about hair care. Charlotte always takes the time to explain how to style my hair at home and what products to use. She is also very friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience very enjoyable.I highly recommend Paradox to friends and family looking for a great haircut and/or color. Charlotte cut my niece's hair, that hadn't been cut for over 10 years and made her feel and look great.She always takes the time to listen to what I want and offer suggestions. Talking me out of some choices I would have regretted.She is very patient and takes her time to make sure that my haircut and color are perfect.Even after moving miles away I still travel back for my appointments that's how good they are.

Some odd things happening in this salon. Went in a few weeks ago to book what would have been a first appt. The person on reception Nichola, was incredibly rude to an elderly lady, I presume she was a client. Was shocked. Dont need the drama. Plenty of places for me to try with no risk of getting poor treatment.

Luke did not colour my hair as asked and also did not cut after being asked twice to slightly layer and shape at front I have since had to go to another hairdressers to style and cut as should have been done by Luke, hence I will not be returning.Service: Hairstyling

I usually go to the hairdresser in the centre but decided to give it a go with Paradox as it's closer to home and reading many positive feedbacks online. My hair is quite thick, but Chloe handled it well and with such care, which I appreciated a lot. She was quite friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was happy with the haircut itself, however, when it was all finished and I was about to pay, the other lady who was washing other customer hair looking at me from head to toe and made me feel completely uncomfortable. It's such a shame that it has to be ended with unwelcome feelings.

Love this hairdressers. The staff are very welcoming and expert at what they do. The salon is tastefully decorated and there is plenty of parking nearby. Mark, who does my hair is a brilliant cutter and gave me good advice about colour. I'm really impressed!

Amazing had a cut and colour 2 weeks ago ready for a wedding but my hair seemed to have a growth spert and they happily reshapped my hair and didn't charge me ...How nice is that ...Thank you Paradox

Had a fabulous experience at Paradox this week. I had balayage done with Jack for the first time and was very impressed and extremely happy, thank you!
