Worst experience today! Was given an appointment an hour from the time of arrival. When the appointment time came, the dealer said that he couldn't help due to some ongoing work. He put me through to the customer service helpline who bounced me from one department to the other

Credit when credits due. After months of trying through call centres to sort my mothers phone issue, Callum managed to finally sort it in store.Thanks for your time and patience Callum. My mum is thrilled to have her old number back and to have contact from friends again.

Listen to the 1 star reviews!I have gotten an S21 ultra from their store that doesn't even connect to their network using their SIM. The base function of the phone is non existent. Of course O2's response is "We don't guarantee flawless connection" There's surely some minimum standard that you would want a customer, paying several thousand pounds at your store, to experience right? Not just no connection what so ever.Went to EE as O2 do not offer repairs even on their own phones. They were completely disinterested as of course it wasn't purchased from them, they just wasted my time on three separate occasions.My advice is, get an older phone, not from O2, it's cheaper and you won't have to suffer their horrible, near nonexistent customer support - As if to prove my point, I'm going to get a bot copy & paste response to this review.

Had a problem with my sim since being transferred from Virgin Mobile. Staff were very helpful, listened to the issue and were able to fix it there and then by providing a replacement sim.

The guy didn't give me chance to even looks at phones before he started breathing down my neck. He talked my mum in to buying cheap rubbish phone. My mum isn't phone savvy but she takes photos and need good sound. Neither she can do in her new phone. The guy was uninterested. No enthusiasm and seemed like he was rolling his eyes at my mother, a "hurry up and go" attitude. I'm assuming because he was fat he was busy day dreaming of McDonald's

I ask top up pay card 2min quick staff man say 2 hours wait list not queue. Why man staff stand. I am not new mobile. I understand short staff people. One man staff stand with list wait people list nothing all day I fed up 02 shopping ????

Having spoken to someone on the phone and not getting much help, called into O2 shop in Cardiff to be wonderfully assisted by a young gentleman who couldn't have been more helpful.

The worst customer service I have ever had. Avoid this company like the Black Death. Their one and only priority is to take your money off you. I am moving to 'Three' ('3'), as they apparently treat their customers with more respect, rather than simply as cash cows. I wish that I had never heard of O2.
