Was pleased when these fit me in last minute for eyelash extension. After ten mins of leaving eyelashes came loose and digging into my skin.. by the evening they were off. Rang first thing the following morning to be told I should've rung straight away even though I had an appointment and work to get back to. For this reason I was refused a refund and any communication apart from a lady it's not her fault because a photo was taken as they were done. Don't waste your money on them they don't do things legit

I'm amazed that someone would give this place anything lower than 5*.. amazing team, super dedicated, attention to detail, super professional and wonderful customer service skills. My second time going there for my Builder french manicure nails, and def will keep going.Really happy with the results. I've tried a few in Cardiff and this one is by far THE best. In love with my delicate french manicure nails! Really I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you all for your dedication and hard work! This place is such a gem! ??

I couldn't be happier!I requested a very hard to find copper red. They went out of their way to colour match my exact requirement. My colour came out perfectly. Her technique was perfect. She checked with me before the dye was done, asked me about the length of cut, even gave me a cuppa whilst processing. I left feeling amazing. I'm very unhappy with the service. I came to salon with beautiful blonde hair, wanted a change. I showed a picture what I wanted and it involved darker colour balyage with blonde highlights. The stylist took dark colour, did not use foil in between layers of hair and stained my blonde hair in patches. And didn't even try to fix it, didn't use any toner nothing. Useless. The final outcome looked terrible, it was more ombre sort of rather than what I asked for. I thought it was important to share this as its not acceptable to charge £90 and ruin someone's hair. If she didn't have a clue hiw to do what I wanted she should have turned me down. Ridiculous. Never again.

Best hair salon in Cardiff! All staff are amazing, friendly and making you feel welcome.I visited the salon twice, for hair cut and hair colour change. It is always so scary to trust someone with a colour change but these girls are like magic fairies created an amazing result.
