Ordered large meal. Chips weighed same regular. I think trading standard should step in here. No sauce available and twice have ordered balsamic sauce with chicken salad and have gone home empty handed. Really poor

Avoid this place like the plaque. The staff are in dire need of food safety training. Went there today and observed 3 members of staff eating and drinking in the food preparation areas. Also surely beards and long hair need to be covered whilst preparing food.Perhaps a visit from the local food inspector will shake it up a bit !.

In general ok, just the fact that most days, via the app or on site, you cant get a McFlurry or a Mango smoothy, as its 9/10 times unavailable.

Give up on this place....last 5 times we have been there and not 1 time did they have milkshakes or mcflurrys. Please put a sign up and warn customers that you haven't got these products before they join the long drive through that you can't get out of....just a total waste of time if your only going through for a milkshake or mcflurry. And also employ some staff that sound as if they actually want to be in work.

When I first came, the inside was overcrowded, and the drive thru was empty, so I entered the drive thru, and when I came to the ordering machines, the 2nd one was not working. When I ordered from 1st, the staff were friendly, but there were no lanes for the machines and I quickly got through the payments, and I had ordered 2 med cokes and 2 med fries 2 chicken. Sandwiches and a veggie wrap when I was near collecting the food the line was delayed and when I received my food when I opened my chicken sandwich I had fries in my burger ? and my fries were very cold and my coke was as normal as any other mcdonalds and the chicken was hard rockOverall:Staff:10/10Food quality:7/10The food tempteture:COLD 0/10The ordering machines and lanes and line control:0/10Vegetarian options: Small vegetarian menuParking: Small parkingKid-friendliness: Very good friendliness

Why is it every time I?ve visited lately the quality of food is so poor cold burgers chips like rubber and the burger bun would kill some one if you threw it at someone?.. Absolutely unacceptable ( avoid this McDonalds in future!!!!!!!

This must be one of the most poorly managed McDonalds in the country. Everything is either broken or poorly maintained. Toilets are in tatters, toilet roll holders broken on the floor and empty. Hand driers not working properly, ketchup and sauce pump things empty, and clearly not looked after for days. It was just me, the wife and my daughter in the restaurant, and it took absolutely ages to have our food delivered. When it came it was brought over by a glassy eyed zombie teenager who had forgotten parts of the order. When my wife went up to the counter to enquire about the missed items, she was met by another of the living dead devoid of any personality or customer service training. Poor experience, poorly maintained establishment, poor service. Poor old customers!
