We visited the Cardiff store on Tuesday 25 July and my daughter tried on several items. Ruby - the changing room assistant was absolutely brilliant - offering to find other sizes and colours with nothing too much trouble. She was a real credit to the store - thank you

Wow, I cannot believe the state of this place. They are lucky that their target market of teenage girls don?t care about the following but I went in with my wife as she needed to do a return and I was genuinely shocked.Supposed to be some kind of ?premium? shop and the place was a mess. Behind the till there was rubbish strewn across the floor. The counter top was untidy, everything in the shop had a fine layer of dust on it. There were clothes in messy piles, old perfume tester cards scattered everywhere and big chunks of fluff and dirt just sitting in the window.Service was terrible, waited at the till for quite some time before someone came to see us, not one of the many staff members acknowledged us.This place is an embarrassment and my wife no longer shops there.

I originally placed a large order online but my mistake the sizes didn't fit. I phone my local store in Cardiff and spoke to Mark. Mark helped me check that he had all the items in stock in the sizes I wanted and reserved them for me.It was a refreshing experience and straight forward, Mark had a really helpful upbeat attitude and I look forward to shopping there again.

5 stars because the customer service is excellent. Clothes wise Brits could not tell you cotton from linen let alone grades of cotton. So every shop takes the p!SS with our clothes. Some nice styles though especially casual trucker jackets.Again staff and customer service is brill. Personally I think they need to rebrand now and expand to capture all ages and all sizes. Easy for me I'm built like a tailors dummy.

Gotta love Hollister! Haven't been in quite a few years, but the variety of products was still top notch! The store was spacioous and the staff were friendly. There was a bit of disorganisation with the changing room and I was waiting for around 10 mins, but aside from that can't complain at all. Great job.

Brighter shop since the move across St David's 2. Staff friendly but pretty poor knowledge. Struggled with my gift card and then were not sure on the rules of when it expired and job to apply discount.
