Receptionist is a joke, can t hear what you are saying, having to repeat what you are saying 4/5 times, if that's how slow staff are I'm glad I'm not even thinking of them for a care package

Our team providing Home Care in Cardiff supports adults of all ages across Cardiff city, Bridgend and the surrounding areas to enable them to live independently at home. With fully trained carers, our home care services are fully regulated by the Care & Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW).
