“Having had a bit of a nightmare with other Bupa dental centres in Cardiff (including one which claims to be a Platinum practice), I can confidently say Mermaid Quay is the most professional and helpful dental practice in the area.Despite coming to them being quite fed up and underwhelmed with my dental journey at that point, everyone went out of their way to help me and ensure I was treated with care. For services they were unable to provide, they promptly referred me to the correct person and made sure it was a smooth journey.With the treatments I’ve had at Mermaid Quay, they’ve always been thoroughly well explained with an exceptionally high standard of work. I’ve been under the care of Nia and Juliet who have been incredible. I can occasionally be nervous due to previous experiences, but they always create a calm and fun atmosphere which makes a huge difference.I can’t recommend the team here enough. From the moment you walk in, the reception team are friendly and make sure they go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need.”
