Been a member here for a while and thoroughly enjoy the gym. The staff are always really helpful and add to the friendly atmosphere. My fitness level is at an all time high and I have fun at every class I attend, especially looking forward to the new additions in the September timetable!!

Can't praise David Lloyd Cardiff enough. Loads of variety to choose from, which is handy when I already have a busy schedule. The group exercise classes are amazing - all the instructors take the time to make you feel welcomed and support if you're struggling through the class.
